The National Institutes of Health has awarded $11.3 million to establish a center designed to boost health systems' engagement in clinical and research trials, according to an AHA News Now report.
The center will be established at Duke University in Durham, N.C. As part of its efforts, the center will support seven clinical demonstration projects, which cover topics such as infections and colon cancer screenings.
