Binghamton (N.Y.) General Hospital has been cited by the New York State Department of Health after a former employee allegedly took an "intimate picture" of a patient and forwarded the photo to other employees, according to a WBNG report.
According to the report, a former nurse aide allegedly used a cell phone to take a picture of a patient with Huntington's Disease in 2009 before sending the photo to her co-workers.
