Omega acquires 18 West Virginia nursing homes for $233M

Omega Healthcare Investors completed $233 million in new investments in the second quarter of 2023, involving 18 skilled nursing facilities.

On April 14, Omega acquired four skilled nursing facilities in West Virginia for $114.8 million, according to a May 2 news release. The facilities were leased to an existing operator.

On May 1, Omega bought another skilled nursing facility in West Virginia, for $13.8 million, also leasing it to an existing operator. 

Along with the five acquisitions, the company loaded $104.6 million to an operator to finance the purchase of 13 additional West Virginia skilled nursing facilities.
