Hackensack Meridian Health, based in Edison, N.J., has opened a new outpatient rehabilitation facility as part of the Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy, N.J.
The facility previously was located inside the medical center's hospital but has moved to a new location nearby. It joins Hackensack Meridian's network of more than two dozen rehabilitation facilities, according to a July 19 news release from the health system.
