Fortune has released its second annual Best Workplaces in Aging Services list honoring senior caregiving companies that foster a great culture.
For its list, Fortune partnered with Great Places to Work to survey 223,182 employees working in senior housing and care as well as at-home care in the aging services industry. The survey consisted of 60 questions describing the extent to which the company creates an optimal work environment.
