Sun Pharmaceutical Industries issued a recall of 5,215 units of testosterone cypionate injections in the U.S., according to the Economic Times.
The affected products are 10-millilter vials of testosterone injections with a strength of 200 milligrams/millileters. The recall, which is voluntary, was issued due to the presence of particulate matter in the vials.
The injections are used as a replacement therapy in males who are testosterone-deficient.
