Reason for recall: Product contaminated with bacteria, identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa

4. Recalled drug: Testosterone Cypionate injections
Reason for recall: Presence of particulate matter in the vials

5. Recalled drugs: Piperacillin and Tazobactum
Reason for recall: Product complaints uncovered glass and silicone particles in vials

6. Recalled drugs: All sterile compounded drugs
Reason for recall: Concerns over potential contamination of sterile products
