A car crashed into a wall at Inova Alexandria (Va.) Hospital Aug. 11, injuring the driver of the vehicle, according to The Washington Post.
The Alexandria Fire Department told the publication the driver was taken to George Washington University Hospital, a level 1 trauma center in Washington, D.C., for treatment. The driver's condition was not immediately available, according to the Post.
The car crashed into a wall at the hospital about 4 p.m. and stopped halfway inside the facility, according to the Alexandria firefighters' union.
