Honolulu-based Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children has started construction on its new $120 million patient tower, according to a Pacific Business News report.
The 200,000 square foot, five-story tower will add 70 neonatal intensive care unit beds and expand the already existing pediatric ICU, according to the report.
The tower is expected to open in fall 2016.
