Press Ganey Associates, the healthcare industry's leading performance improvement firm, has announced its 2009 award-winning healthcare organizations, including recipients of its prestigious Summit Award, which recognizes organizations that have achieved and sustained the highest level of excellence in patient satisfaction, according to a Press Ganey news release.
