This week, the University of Minnesota will begin construction on its $160 million Ambulatory Care Center, according to a Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal report.
The outpatient health center is being developed in partnership with Fairview Health Services.
The Ambulatory Care Center will include an ambulatory surgery center, comprehensive cancer center and several clinics.
The project is expected to reach completion in January 2016.
