A recent study by ForeSee, a customer experience analytics company, found that customer satisfaction with hospital and health system websites has dropped over the past year.
Specifically, the average satisfaction score for hospitals' and health systems' websites dropped four points to a 74 this year, but much of the gap was due to new sites being added to the small category; sites that were measured both this year and last year lost an average of only 0.3 points, according to a ForeSee news release.
Customer satisfaction with health insurer websites, on the other hand, increased this year, from 51 to 56 points. However, ForSee considers 56 a "low score," according to its release.
