Morton Plant North Bay Hospital in New Port Richey, Fla., has broken ground on an expansion of its surgical center.
The surgical center will eventually add two new endoscopy/procedure suites and expand from four to six new operating suites, which are designed to accommodate advanced surgeries for less invasive procedures. The facility is expected to open in early 2013.
