Massachusetts Hospital, Facing Financial Losses, Removes CEO

Noble Hospital and Health System in Westfield, Mass., has replaced George J. Koller, its president and CEO for 18 years, as it faces continuing financial losses, according to the Republican.

The 97-bed hospital system expects to lose $226,0000 this fiscal year, which ends Sept. 30, down from a $465,000 loss estimated in August.

Robert P. Perry, former CEO of St. Clare's Hospital in Schenectady, N.Y., will serve as interim CEO for 6-12 months as a search for a permanent replacement gets under way.
