HealthCare Partners operates medical groups and physician networks in Southern California, southern Nevada and central Florida. It provides medical care to 667,000 patients.
DaVita will pay HealthCare Partners' owners as much as $275 million in bonus pay if HealthCare Partners meets performance targets in 2012 and 2013.
