For Karen Bowden, senior vice president of Craneware, a recent recovery auditor appeal took an unscheduled turn, according to a post from Craneware's blog.
The RAC appeal was scheduled for the administrative law judge, but later, Ms. Bowden found out her RAC hearing was remanded back to the qualified independent contractor level.
Ms. Bowden made a call for others who have had their RAC cases remanded to chime in on how the process works.
