Baptist Hospital, a Baptist Health Care facility in Pensacola, Fla., has begun work on a $1.9 million emergency department expansion project, according to a Pensacola News Journal report.
By the end of the four-phase project, the new emergency department will have 41 patient rooms, centralized workstations, new triage areas and more. Construction is expected to be complete in April.
