Warren (Pa.) General Hospital and unionized workers have reached a new labor deal affecting 130 nurses, medical technologists, medical lab technicians and social workers, according to Erie News Now.
The two-year agreement covers workers represented by the Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied Employees. A union representative told Erie News Now it includes pay raises as well as pledges by both sides to establish safe staffing guidelines.
Negotiations have been ongoing for about three months.
