St. Alexius Medical Center in Bismarck, N.D., has announced a management agreement with the Wishek (N.D.) Hospital and Clinic Association.
The agreement does not involve a change of ownership since WHCA will continue to use its board of directors. However, WHCA will use the added resources and leadership of St. Alexius to bring high quality patient care to South Central North Dakota, according to a statement by the organizations.
