Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital has chosen to move forward in the affiliation process with Natividad Medical Center in Salinas, Calif.; HCA in Nashville, Tenn.; and Vanguard Health Systems in Nashville, according to a Monterey County Herald report.
The three healthcare organizations, chosen from six potential partners, have been asked to present their affiliation proposals at a special board meeting set for Tuesday, March 27.
LHP Hospital Group in Dallas may be invited if the organization offers more specific information about its proposal prior to the board meeting.
