Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare and Irving, Texas-based Steer Health partnered to give patients a new consumer engagement experience aimed at improving access to care and increasing engagement, according to a Sept. 6 news release.
PrimeHealthNow is a new digital patient interface. It uses technology to improve access to care, enable real-time feedback on patient experience, simplify communication and optimize care delivery.
The partnership aims to improve patient care by increasing access to same-day care, including online reservations for emergency room visits, urgent care, and primary care appointments. Furthermore, it aspires to extend reach and engagement capabilities while elevating digital interactions between patients and providers.
Kavitha Bhatia, MD, Chief Medical Officer of Strategy at Prime Healthcare, said they are pleased with the partnership outcomes.
