Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, Calif., and Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital have agreed in principle to a deal and are sharing information in a due diligence process, according to a Ventura County Star report.
Physicians of Thousand Oaks Surgical, who own nearly half of the hospital, voted in favor of an agreement with Los Robles' owner, Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA, over San Francisco-based Dignity Health, according to the report. According to the report, a signed agreement between the hospitals could come within the next two months.
