Jasper County Hospital in Rensselaer, Ind., will join Mishawaka, Ind.-based Franciscan Alliance, according to WLFI.
Here are four things to know about the partnership.
1. Jasper County Hospital will become Franciscan's 12th hospital in Indiana and 14th overall.
2. The partnership follows years of strategic planning, as well as discussions with different hospital groups, according to the report.
3. The partnership should not result in any workforce reductions at Jasper County Hospital.
4. The change to Franciscan Alliance is slated to happen this fall.
