Conway (Ark.) Regional Health System has launched a formal search for an affiliation partner, according to an Arkansas Business report.
Officials at Conway Regional, which includes a 154-bed hospital, said they have explored affiliation options for several months, according to the report. The system is in the process of sending requests for proposals to regional and national health systems.
Conway Regional President and CEO Jim Lambert told Arkansas Business the organization hopes to receive partnership proposals by Jan. 1. The board would then make a decision within the first quarter. The board and executives are still open to remaining independent as well.
