Denver-based Catholic Health Initiatives will acquire Nebraska Heart Institute and Nebraska Heart Hospital, both located in Lincoln, according to a Grand Island Independent report.
The arrangement, which is planned to close around Aug. 1, is designed to improve access to Nebraska Heart's cardiac care, expand cardiology services in the Grand Island community and increase efficiency and effectiveness.
