Melbourne, Fla.-based Wuesthoff Health System has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Osler Medical, a multispecialty physician group with 47 providers, effective Nov. 1, according to a Wuesthoff news release.
After the deal finalized, the physician group, also based in Melbourne, will become a subsidiary of Wuesthoff Health, which is part of Health Management Associates. The health system will acquire the group's assets and will employee the providers under a shared governance model.
