Proctor Hospital in Peoria, Ill., will sell its primary care practices to Peoria-based OSF Healthcare Systems, according to a Peoria Journal Star report.
Included in the pending sale are 17 physician practices, affecting about 117 employees, and medical equipment. No job losses are expected to result from the transaction, according to the report.
