Jones Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, N.Y., plans to acquire the private practice of internist Richard Cudahy, MD, according to a Buffalo Business Journal report.
Under the agreement, Jones hospital will transfer all medical records in its name, including Cudahy's previous patients. The hospital will employ Elizabeth Osborn, MD, who has been working at Cudahy's practice, as primary physician of its newly acquired extension clinic. According to the report, Dr. Cudahy will work part-time before retiring once the transition is complete.
