Central Florida Hospital Profits Grew 24% in 2010

Central Florida hospitals collectively raked in $357.6 million in profit in 2010, representing a 24 percent increase from 2009, according to an Orlando Business Journal news report.

The top two earners were Florida Hospital, Orland Hospital, both in Orlando. Each hospital earned profits of $184.5 million and $107.3 million, respectively.
