Planned Parenthood to invest $45M in swing-state elections

In its largest lobbying investment to date, Planned Parenthood's super PAC will funnel $45 million into swing-state campaigns to gain back a Democratic majority in the Senate, The Hill reports.

The campaign will focus on maintaining access to abortion rights, which the nonprofit believes will mobilize women and minorities, according to the report. Canvassing, as well as digital, TV, radio and mail advertisements will run in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
