A seasoned technology industry veteran, Carole has served in numerous leadership and advisory positions across a diverse array of B2B and B2C companies in retail, healthcare, business services, financial services, software, and manufacturing. She has been ranked as one of the top CTOs in the United States by ExecRank Inc. and while chief information and technology officer at Outerwall, was named “Outstanding CTO of a company will more than $1B in revenue” by the Puget Sound Business Journal.

Prior to TrueBlue, she held executive positions with MOD Pizza, Outerwall (the automated retail solutions developer responsible for redbox®, Coinstar® and ecoATM®), and TIBCO Software.
Carole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology–Digital Systems from California State University at Fresno.
