Hospital Management Tool: Communications Readiness Assessment

Anyone can tell you healthcare is a volatile industry, but the healthcare communications sector is facing change-upon-change as it's expected to use media tools that didn't exist 10 years ago, according to Kim Fox, vice president of Jarrard Phillips Cate & Hancock.

"The web, social media and mobile tools have transformed our entire industry," Ms. Fox wrote in a blog post. JPC&H has provided a complimentary, five-minute quiz to assess how prepared hospital marketing departments are to communicate with these new tools.
