El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, Calif., and the Services Employees International Union-United Healthcare West have reached a tentative contract agreement, according to a local Patch report.
Under the tentative three-year agreement, hospital employees would see a 6 percent salary increase over three years, full healthcare insurance under the basic plan, more robust retirement benefits and a 12 percent increase in paid time off.
Union members will vote to ratify the contract today.
