Middletown, N.Y.-based Garnet Health announced two of its nurses were promoted to new leadership roles, according to an April 14 news release.
Kareema Dale, BSN, RN, was named director of the Nursing Float Pool. She has been with the health system since April 2022. In this new capacity, Ms. Dale will be charged with overseeing float pool nurses, nursing assistants and nursing unit clerk. She will also oversee mentoring and hiring of the staff in this section.
Andrew Myles, BSN, RN was named the new director of Emergency Services Nursing. Mr. Myles has been with the health system since 2003. He previously served as the interim Nurse Director for Observation/CDA.
