Rick Castro has been appointed COO of McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in Springfield, Ore., according to a Tribune report.
Mr. Castro currently serves as president and CEO of Arroyo Grande Community Hospital and has led at the helm for the past seven years. He will take on his CEO duties at McKenzie-Willamette at the end of July.
