St. John Health System in Tulsa, Okla., has named David Pynn has CEO, according to a system news release.
Mr. Pynn previously served as executive vice president and COO for the system. He succeeds long-time CEO Sister M. Theresa Gottschalk, who will remain on the board of directors and lead mission integration for the system. Sister Gottschalk will also continue in her role as president and CEO of Marian Health System, owner of SJHS.
Mr. Pynn, who has more than 25 years experience in healthcare management, will assume his new role on Jan. 1, 2011.
