Kiowa (Okla.) District Hospital has contracted Walter Mitchell to act as interim CFO of the hospital, according to an Alva Review/Courier news report.
Mr. Mitchell was contracted by the health district and began work at the end of May. His duties include overseeing hospital financial business, but he will also assist in the search for a permanent CFO, according to the news report. Mr. Mitchell comes to Kiowa District Hospital from Louisiana where he works as a consultant, according to the news report.
