David Bertauski, CEO of Urbana, Ill.-based Provena Covenant Medical Center, has retired and will be replaced by Mike Brown, according to a news release.
Mr. Brown was named regional president and CEO. He will oversee both PCMC and Danville, Ill,-based Provena United Samaritans Medical Center.
Mr. Bertauski has served as CEO of PCMC since 2005. Mr. Brown has served as president and CEO of PUSMC since 2008.
