John Sullivan has started work as president of 926-bed Washington (D.C.) Hospital Center, according to a Washington Business Journal report.
Mr. Sullivan most recently served as CEO of Sisters of Mercy Health System in Missouri. He replaces acting president M. Joy Drass, executive vice president of operations in the Washington region for the hospital's parent, MedStar Health.
Mr. Sullivan will be the hospital center's fourth chief executive in 15 months.
