Mark Caton has resigned as CEO of Callaway Community Hospital in Fulton, Mo., after three months, according to a Fulton Sun report.
He became interim CEO of CCH, owned by SunLink Health, in mid-November and official CEO on Jan. 1.
Mr. Caton will serve in a similar position at Chilton Medical Center in Clanton, Ala., where he will be close to his children, according to the report.
