Platteville, Wis.-based Southwest Health Center will break ground in October for a 20,000-square-foot hospital addition containing a women's health center and an orthopedic and sports medicine center, according to a report from community newspaper collaboration SW News 4U.
The $7 million price tag for also includes a remodel of 5,000 square feet of existing facility space for administrative and information offices, which are being moved to accommodate the sports medicine center.
The addition will also house expansions from the rehabilitation clinic and the specialty physicians' clinic.
SHC expects to complete the expansion August 2014.
