Slidell (La.) Memorial Hospital Regional Cancer Center has partnered with Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans to offer head and neck cancer surgery and reconstructive services, according to a Slidell Sentry report.
Under the partnership, three surgeons from Tulane will see patients at the Head & Neck Cancer and Reconstructive Clinic at SMHRCC. Patients will receive chemotherapy or radiation therapy at SMHRCC and surgical care at Tulane.
SMHRCC opened in Jan. 2011.
