Oklahoma University Medical Center Updates Surgical Unit

Oklahoma University Medical Center Edmond (Okla.) is performing a $1.5 million renovation on its general medical surgical unit, according to a report from the Edmond Sun.

The renovation will include new furniture, fixtures, flooring and interior design. The project will also update rooms and rebuild several of them specifically for bariatric patients.

The unit will be completed by April 1, 2014, according to the report.
