Washington, Mo.-based Patients First Health Care announced a collaborative agreement with St. Louis-based Mercy to consolidate cancer services, effective April 1.
Under the agreement, Mercy will purchase all tangible assets and equipment of the Patients First Cancer Center, lease its space and make renovations to the center. Mercy will then move all oncology and infusion services to the Patients First building. Mercy and Patients First will each continue treating patients in their current locations until construction is complete.
