Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health-Crawfordsville (Ind.) announced it will begin a cardiac rehabilitation program Wednesday.
The program, which will be located in inpatient physical/occupational therapy, is based on the cardiac rehab program at Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health-Lafayette (Ind.) Central.
The program will offer supervised exercise, nutrition counseling and education for cardiac patients.
