Milwaukee-based Columbia St. Mary's has opened its new cancer center at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee in Mequon, Wis., according to a Business Journal report.
The 8,200-square-foot facility is located on the hospital's second floor and is double the size of the hospital's former cancer center.
Medical oncology visits to the hospital have increased 133 percent over the past three years, from 3,343 in fiscal 2009 to 7,805 in fiscal year 2012, according to the report.
