Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, Wyo., has earned $7.1 million in gross revenue in April, surprising even the hospital's financial officers, according to a Laramie Boomerang news report.
CFO Karl Vilums says the hospital's financial outcomes for April are pretty rare. While the hospital's April 2011 gross revenue increased from $6.8 million from April 2010, the hospital also experienced an almost $1 million decrease in operational expenses.
