Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside, Calif., has received final approval to move ahead with plans to build an $18 million medical office building on the hospital campus, according to a San Diego Union-Tribune report.
The hospital's three-story medical building will feature more than 57,000 square feet of space, though the report did not include other details about the building. Construction is expected to start soon and last approximately one year.
