North Carolina, Pennsylvania Hospitals Receive Credit Rating Downgrades in Last 30 Days

Shelby, N.C.-based Cleveland County HealthCare System and Chester (Pa.) County Hospital received credit rating downgrades in the last 30 days, according to an HFA Partners report.

Cleveland County was downgraded from an A+ to an A rating by Fitch and Chester County from a Baa2 to a Ba1 rating by Moody's.

Five health systems received credit rating upgrades during the same time.
