More than 90 percent of hospitals in a study do not have fully inclusive policies toward lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender persons, according to a release from the Human Rights Campaign.

Of 178 facilities across the country voluntarily providing information on policies to the campaign, 11 facilities and one 36-hospital networks received perfect ratings.
